Business Development Executive

Our Client is MNC BtoB Consulting Company. The role of Business Development Executive (Japanese Speaking) is to acquire new Japanese clients and maintain a good relationships with Japanese existing clients.
You will be reporting to Head of Sales.
【What you will be working on】
- Build and maintain client relationships with key executives within existing and new key accounts
- Enter documentation regarding all client activities and communications into a company database system in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate, as needed, in all aspects of the sale including; conducting qualifying activities and client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and closing new business
- Work closely with the sales team to communicate leads and any information obtained pertaining to the business development
- Utilize social networking tools to identify and pursue new leads within assigned accounts/territories
- Provide clients with feedback on how we can best service their needs and challenges through our research programs and consulting activities
- **Requirement**:

- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in any industry
- Having a BtoB Client serving experience with Japanese Client focus
- Able to liaise in Japanese language casually in order to build better relationship with Japanese customers (added advantageous)
