**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This role is responsible for leading a team of Premier Offshore Relationship Managers with the aim to achieve both financial and non-financial targets as required on a periodic basis. This includes recruitment of RMs, training and coaching as required and overall supervision to ensure alignment with segment goals. The role aims to collaborate and provide support to the Head, Premier Offshore in building a strong relationship network through the bank’s dedicated services and international network and contribute to the bottom-line of Premier through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets. This is achieved by maintaining a high standard of service quality and be compliant with the necessary rules and regulations at all times.

- Tertiary education, degree holder in Finance or Business preferred - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Offshore related role - Related CMFAS papers are a necessity - M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9 & M9A - A high level of analytical and conceptual thinking individual exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills - Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products - Demonstrated collaborative leadership skill sets in managing and engaging different cultures - Highly organized with effective time management - Must be able to travel to prospect, acquire and build/bring own network
