The Sales Manager is responsible for the identification of potential new business opportunities and pipelines for the business with Ninja Van merchants. He/she will lead the sales team to develop strategies to qualify these opportunities to increase growth and revenue for the organisation.

He/She will also be responsible to ensure the account management and retention of the accounts closed.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** New Business Acquisition**:

- Identify market sectors and help to penetrate into new opportunities
- Achieve and deliver annual sales revenue target
- Engage in sales discussions and negotiations to understand and address customers needs and provide solutions which enhance offerings and competitiveness
- Review and oversee sales proposals, pricing, contracts and tender documents
- Assist in developing service prices and cost structure approaches to close deals
- Oversee the preparation and development of updated presentation decks for new acquisition
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure required resources and operational support and service are available

Account Management**:

- Build and maintain positive working relationships and strong rapport with accounts for high account retention and client satisfaction
- Identify ways to increase sales revenue / wallet shares with existing accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the interests of the clients are met

Developing Others**:

- Cascade goals for the team in line with the company's targets.
- Hire, develop and coach team members to promote their motivation and optimal performance
- Review sales performance results and identify strategies of team to enhance sales outcomes

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years experience in a business development client-facing role, experienced in sales negotiation and pricing strategies
- Able to strategize and come up with short term and long term sales strategies and tactics to facilitate and enable the sales team to close more deals.
- Strong communication and internal stakeholder management skills
- Manage enquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Resourceful critical thinker to resolve challenges from daily operations
- Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience leading and closing large, strategic deals
- Able to manage multiple deals in the sales pipeline end-to-end
