**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for Client Implementation and Project Management within a global securities services environment. This is a high-impact role suited for a senior yet hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic settings and takes ownership of execution, team performance, and cross-functional alignment.

At a Director functional grade level, this role will lead a team responsible for overseeing complex client transitions, onboarding, regulatory initiatives, service delivery, and product enhancements across multiple domains within the securities services industry.

**Team & Reporting Line**

Reports directly to the COO, managing a team of 10-12 members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a cross-functional team across Client Implementation and Project Management, ensuring high-quality onboarding and service transitions.
- Take full ownership of complex client transitions and revenue-critical onboarding projects, ensuring compressed timelines are met through proactive coordination and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, bringing structured proposals (not just problems), and executing agreed solutions with mínimal supervision.
- Engage with Relationship Managers, Sales, Clients, Product Owners, Operations, and Senior Management to drive outcomes, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts when needed.
- Manage internal stakeholder coordination across multiple domains such as Custody, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and Performance Reporting, often juggling competing priorities and urgent deliverables.
- Navigate internal red tape, balancing regulatory, operational, and client demands with diplomacy and assertiveness.
- Oversee non-core responsibilities shared across the team (e.g., admin, billing, platform coordination) as part of a lean “mutualized” team model.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members, aligning task assignments with individual strengths and aspirations to optimize performance.
- Identify and groom potential future team leads to build a sustainable middle management structure over time, without creating unnecessary hierarchy or bureaucracy.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven track record of managing complex client implementation processes within financial services.
- Strong relationship management experience with institutional clients, front office teams, and internal operations stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in financial services transitions and onboarding methodologies, including hands-on involvement in execution.
- Experience leading teams in high-growth, high-pressure environments where priorities shift and responsibilities overlap.
