As LMS for Filipino Fellowship (FF), your job responsibilities will be in the area of:
- Plan, teach and facilitate Bible Studies / Devotions / Life Groups
- Coordinate and lead Prayer Meetings and Worship
- Lead and mentor Life Group Leaders (including identifying and raising potential Life-Group Leaders)
- Provide pastoral care to the FF sisters
- Disciple the FF sisters to grow in their faith journey
- Work on integrating FF sisters into the Main Service
- Coordinate and be present for all activities and outings
- Work with Lay volunteers serving in the FF
- Provide administrative and operational support (includes annual planning and budgeting for FF)
- Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor-in-Charge and/or Pastor overseeing FF
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work on Sundays
- Passion for discipleship and pastoral care
- Pastoral ministry experience, preferably with preaching, teaching and leading exposure
- Team leader and player with good interpersonal skills
- Theological training is preferred
