**About SCRI**
The Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI) is the national academic research
organisation dedicated to enhancing the standards of clinical research and coordinating clinical
trials.
Our mission is to spearhead and develop core capabilities, infrastructure and scientific
leadership for clinical research in Singapore. SCRI also works with the National Medical
Research Council (NMRC) to assist the Ministry of Health (MOH) in implementing clinical trials
policy and strategic initiatives to support and develop clinical research competencies locally.
In driving towards its vision, SCRI collaborates with clinicians to enhance Singapore’s clinical
research and strengthen its expertise in executing multi-site, multi-national studies and the
development of regional clinical research networks.
**Job Purpose**:
You will support the ongoing program of clinical trials and epidemiology studies in SCRI. You
will be responsible for the projects assigned and ensure the data capture, data validation, data
integrity, data quality and readiness for data analysis.
**Responsibilities**:
You will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders, (such as CRAs, project
managers, statisticians, and investigators), in management of data for data analysis.
To manage the processes of data capture, data validation and data transfer, while
assuring data integrity, data quality and readiness for data analysis.
To utilise the Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) like Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical,
Remote Data Capture, etc. to impart DM roles/responsibilities.
To execute data management responsibilities e.g. Case Report Form (CRF) Designing,
CRF Completion Guidelines, CRF Annotation, Database build & UAT,
Creation/Implementation of DMP, Query Management, Database Audit, Data Extract.
To train Investigators, Site Monitors, Project Managers and Sites Staff e.g. on using the
Management Plan (DMP).
To perform medical coding, by using regulatory acceptable dictionaries like WHO-Drug,
MedDRA.
To be involved with activities relating to SAE reconciliation between Safety and Clinical
databases.
To work closely with the CRAs, Project Managers and Statisticians to ensure all the data
related issues are resolved.
To discharge duties stated within assigned project’s scope of work.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Clinical Research related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in clinical data management / academic research
Familiar with database knowledge.
Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and a team player

The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly owned
subsidiary of MOH Holdings, was established in 2020 with the goal of strengthening synergies
and promulgating strategies for national-level clinical research and translation programmes
under the stewardship of the Singapore Ministry of Health. The former Singapore Clinical
Research Institute Pte Ltd was repurposed to form CRIS which brings together five entities as
business units under a common management and governance structure. These are the
