The Regional HR Administrative is responsible for full range of HR administration and support in line with local legislation, regional and AFKL group guidelines in order to ensure accuracy and reliability of the HR processes.
The Regional HR Administrative is part of the Regional HR Team for the SEAO Region (7 countries). The Regional HR Administrative is responsible for single or multiple countries within the SEAO region.
1-Provides a full range of administrative support for HR department
- Maintains HR reporting systems up-to-date (SAP, HER, Dashboard etc) and ensures local implementation of Head Offices administrative processes
- Manages all administration activities for employees (contracts, starters and leavers processes, health insurance, letters and ID requests etc)
- Coordinates introduction and settlement of expatriates (liaison real estate agents, work registration and permits, residency permits, social security etc)
- Coordinate recruitment by advertising position and doing first selection on resume. Helping in organizing the interviews.
- Administrates travel benefits for existing and retired employees
- Acts on ad hoc requests from Head Offices
- Regularly makes internal communication (update I-share page, publish vacancies, general communication with country etc )
2-Provides a full range of operational HR support
- Maintains Job Descriptions up-to-date along with management
- Liaises and coordinates with HR Coordinator of the country for legal and staff administration.
3-Participates to HR projects and activities
- Reviews, develops and amends HR policies and procedures together with HR team ; participates in implementation of HR tools, policies and procedures in the Region.
- Is active project member for implementation of Regional HR projects (e.g. digital JPA, Employee Self Service, Job-evaluation, REFLECT or EPS survey)
- College or bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR administration experience
- Knowledge of local labour law is an advantage
- Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage (SAP)
