**About this role**
Our Sales Operations and Planning team is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across internal teams.
We’re looking for a Sales Operations and Planning lead to join our SEA Sales Operations & Planning team to define and execute against strategic priorities to unlock revenue and better enable our sales teams across the SEA region. As our SEA **Head of Sales Operations **, you will join our high performing TikTok Global Business Solutions team and optimize sales processes for advertiser accounts across segments, reducing friction and advising Sales leadership. This role will work with cross-functional teams to define local market strategies, lead regional account planning, and build a world class SEA Sales Operations team.
- Lead a team of Policy & Strategy executives supporting operational aspects of the function
- Create, revise and implement policies that have direct & indirect revenue impact
- Create internal incentive policies based on revenue actualisation
- Lead teams that drive greater productivity and efficiency in all sales tooling and processes, including contract review and sales system workflows
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across the SEA region, including Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Sales Systems to drive greater strategic alignment and operationalize activites that optimize revenue generation
- Support Sales leadership on short-term and long-term projects including launch of new sales initiatives, industry & market segmentation
- Create conflict resolution policies and implementation process
- Create rebate & discount policies based on industry practices & revenue goals
- Drive operational optimisation, including resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against sales goals, implementing industry classification
- Set-up operational processes for smooth pay-out calculations and conduct quality checks
- Set up credit line and revision of credit policies
**Qualifications**
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales strategy
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Project management & strategic implementation experience preferred
- Passion and experience leading functional initiatives, with proven track record in taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
- Experience working within high-growth, technology / advertising industries would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in optimising sales process and performance
