**What the role is**
- The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)’s GP Engagement team supports MOH’s Healthier SG Task Group (HSTG) in the running of national Primary Care schemes and in developing the sector’s capabilities so that Singaporeans have greater accessibility to affordable primary care. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- Your key responsibilities will be: 1) Account management of primary care clinics to support them in the administration of national primary care schemes 2) Support the implementation of the GP engagement strategy to recruit GP clinics to onboard HSTG programme, primarily in the organising of GP engagement events such as GP Townhall, webinars, admin training and brown bag sessions 3) Co-develop and implement the training design to prepare HSTG clinics for administration of the HSTG programme which includes developing the various toolkits (training, GP info kit and patient information kit), conducting training and perform training evaluation 4) Co-develop new initiatives and workflows to ensure the smooth administration of HSTG at participating GP clinics 5) Required to attend after office hours GP events/meetings periodically. Off-in-lieu will be allocated accordingly
