Admissions Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Outreach Activities: Collaborate with the team to organize and execute outreach events, including Open House sessions, welcome orientations, and coffee sessions. These events are designed to effectively showcase our range of educational programmes.
- Admissions Counselling: Manage and respond to inquiries from potential applicants and leads through various channels such as phone calls and instant messaging, as well as our CRM system. Your role will involve providing detailed information about our programs and skillfully guiding applicants through the admissions process.
- Enrolment Communication: You will be responsible for effectively communicating enrolment details and pertinent information to newly enrolled students and their families.
- Support Tasks: Embrace additional tasks and assignments that are assigned by your supervisor, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with 1-3 years of pertinent work experience, preferably in education, hospitality or customer service.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as you will be required to address inquiries related to programs, admissions, and outreach matters, some of which may be presented in Mandarin.

- Bilingual Communication: Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, coupled with bilingual communication skills.

- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain a pleasant disposition.
- People-Oriented: Enjoy interacting with individuals and organising diverse activities.

- Advantageous Exposure: Prior exposure to a higher education environment is advantageous and will be considered favourably.
