- Providing advice on making a claim and assessing the admissibility of a potential claim-
- Handling possible claim appeals and all issues related to client management-
- Monitoring and close follow up on progress of claims, update records of customer interaction-
- Identifying reasons why full payment may not be made, ensuring accuracy of claim assessment, and resolving customer grievances-
- Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service-
- Supporting the Department in daily business operations such as following-up on accurate information and documents from the client for processing purposes and handling Employee Movement Declarations from the client-
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedWhat you need:
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent-
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales / customer service, or insurance-
- BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications is a plus-
- Team player, detail-oriented, and accountability-
- Good analytical, communication, presentation and time management skills-
