**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Take down minutes of meeting and PA to the Board of Directors.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing mail.
- Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information.
- Manage & monitor office related agreements/services.
- Sending out mail and coordinating courier services.
- Manage the Office Pantry and beverages for Guests to office.
- Manage & coordinate Corporate gifts to service providers.
- Maintaining an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Sourcing of quotation from vendors/contractors as and when required.
- Booking accommodation, airlines, and arranging attendings for seminars or events.
- Perform any other office duties as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- ITE in Office Communication / N/O Levels pass.
- Past experience in PA, Admin, Secretary roles is advantageous.
- With or without experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.
- Good communication skills, good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- IT Savvy, detail oriented, meticulous, creative, and able to multi tasked.
- Highly responsible and meticulous.
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in tight deadlines
