**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**
Montfort Care will continue to grow our services and enhance our capabilities to impact more lives. With this goal in mind, we are hiring talent to join our team in our HQ functions, social service support and direct social services.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Requirement**:
- 1. Leadership & Supervision _
a. Oversee the team in the smooth delivery of KidSTART programme components.
b. Provide monthly individual supervision to build staff competencies and check on staff well-being.
c. Provide regular case consultations for CEEs and OVOs to support staff in their case plans and service delivery.
2. _Programme Delivery _
a. Work with KidSTART Programme Office to strategize and plan for engagements with preschools, including the deployment of CEEs to the preschools.
b. Oversee the strategy and implementation of outreach activities to recruit eligible families for enrolment in relevant KidSTART programme components.
c. Establish links and build close partnerships with relevant agencies to meet programme components.
d. Ensure compliance to framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
e. Reviewing the alignment to programme objectives and effectiveness of programme delivery
3. _Volunteer Management _
a. Work with KidSTART Programme Office to plan and involve how Corporates or individual volunteers in the delivery of the programme.
4. _Community Engagement _
a. Work with KidSTART Programme office to undertake community and stakeholder mapping in each region to understand the strengths and needs of the communities, and identify key stakeholders for engagement.
b. Identify and foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders, so as to facilitate access to community resources and services for clients
5.Programme Compliance (KPI, Budget, Documentation and Reporting)
a. Provide regular updates and co-ordinate with the KidSTART Programme Office to ensure programme outcomes and deliverables are on track
b. Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per KidSTART Programme Office's requirement
c. Plan and oversee manpower deployment of staff to facilitate programme implementation in order to meet KPIs
d. Reveiw all service reports prepared by the team
e. Consolidate status report of KPIs to Centre Director periodically
f. Ensure expenditure is within the budget
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors in Social Work and/or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years relevant working experience to manage programme
