**Programme Coordinator / Executive for Worship & Music Ministry**
The Worship & Music programme coordinator / executive is someone with a love for God and people, passionate about ensuring excellence in the planning and execution of weekly traditional services (Sundays, 7.30am, 9.30am, 11.30am and 5pm), an effective communicator and efficient administrator, and works well under the direction of the Pastoral Team Member and Pastor-In-Charge of the Worship & Music Ministry.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to the ministry such as:
- weekly liturgy’s layout & slides
- scheduling of duty rosters and meetings
- publicity and recruitment
- claims processing
- maintaining and updating W&M inventory
- care of instruments
- upkeeping of music library, songs sung, volunteers’ listing
- updating of W&M website, social media platforms, database & etc
- Provide logistics support to the ministry such as:
- conducting tech runs for each service effectively
- preparing of refreshments, liturgy and scores for the music teams & etc
- Provide volunteer care to the volunteers
- Working with other stakeholders such as volunteers, vendors & etc.
**Requirements**:
- Strong adaptability skills
- Great team-working skills and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in planning and coordination
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Have confidence and self-motivation
- Able to work on weekends (Sundays, 6.30am to 1pm; or 4pm to 7pm) including some Saturdays and weekday nights when needed, and public holidays (Good Friday, Christmas, New Year’ eve)
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma / Degree holders
- Keen musical ear - preferably able to play an instrument and have played or sung in an ensemble before.
- Experience in current audio-visual equipment operation will be a bonus
- Experience in church ministry work will be a bonus
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms; Zoom, MS Team & etc
