**Job Responsibilities
**_Workshop _**
- **Assist with Workshops Classes**:Engage with customers to understand their customers' needs and provide assistance to enhance their experience. Coordinate activities and manage logistics to ensure that workshops run seamlessly from start to finish, creating a positive and productive environment for all attendees.
- **Support Designers for Crafting Works to be done**:Utilize your skills in accessory making to help create products according to provided designs, ensuring precision and quality. Collaborating with designers to provide the support, and ensuring that all crafted items meet the specified design and quality standards.
- **Fulfill Customer’s Orders & Customisation Request**

**_Retail _**
- **Customer Service**:Assist with the retail floor on days when the shop is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
- **Packing & Daily Housekeeping Duties**:

- **Inventory Management**: Engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
- **Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned**

**Job Requirements**
- High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
- Passion for crafts and creativity, happy to teach and have the patience for it
- Crystals knowledge not necessary but will be beneficial
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to work min 3 Saturdays & most public holidays
- Able to commit a min of 8 shifts per month (min 6-hours shifts) with min 6 months commitment.
- Full-timers must be able to work on Saturdays
