**Note**:This is a freelance, commission-based engagement. You will be remunerated based on performance (e.g., per qualified lead, confirmed meeting, and successful placement). Expected earnings range between SGD 1,000 - 3,500/month depending on output.

GYK TalenSync is a recruitment solutions provider that partners with businesses to connect them with the right talent. We are expanding our business development outreach team and are looking for motivated individuals to support us in identifying and engaging potential clients.

**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation and client outreach activities. You will play a key role in opening doors to new client opportunities, building initial connections, and setting up meetings for our consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients across various industries in Singapore.
- Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria and schedule meetings with decision makers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and progress.
- Represent GYK TalenSync professionally in all communications.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with client outreach.
- Ability to follow structured processes and scripts when needed.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development will be an advantage, but not required.
