Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our teams to gain valuable insights into the business and contribute to key initiatives.

About the Role

The Business Development Associate will assist in reviewing data, preparing reports, observing processes, and suggesting improvements. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and gather key information
  • Support data review and report preparation for business decisions
  • Observe and suggest improvements to existing processes
  • Assist in documenting key processes, meeting notes, and project updates
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and product departments to support ongoing projects
  • Track timelines and ensure project goals are on track
  • Conduct system and tool checks before launch
  • Share updates between technical teams and business users
  • Contribute new ideas to improve workflows and tools
Requirements
  • Diploma or above
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
