The person will have the opportunity to help shape exciting outcomes for our clients in areas such as HR transformation, skills/ competency frameworks, job redesign, workforce planning, employee engagement, etc.

**We will count on you to**:

- Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data based on the guidance of a project manager / director
- Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impact
- Take the lead in project management and client engagement for smaller projects, working with and guiding other team members as necessary
- Act as a day-to-day communication point for clients, responding to queries and supporting general project management activities
- Support your peers and juniors by reviewing their work and brainstorming ideas, even in projects outside of your direct responsibilities
- Provide points of view in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner
- Proactively use resources (knowledge, research, time, network) to provide valuable services to our clients and drive innovation across the team
- Contribute to research, business develop efforts and the development of new solution areas, focusing on understanding the challenges our clients face and driving change

**What you need to have**:
