**Responsibilities**:

- Partners with Private Bankers as well as all product partners, to provide a high level of sales and product experience and support the banker in all aspects of marketing, prospecting, presentation preparations, reporting and regulatory requirements. Solid knowledge of bank products and regulatory requirements are required.as well as excellent contact and communication skills.
- Conduct business development initiatives on a self start basis for both CITI PRIVATE BANK and the Citi Trust partnership
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in line with the policies of the CITI PRIVATE BANK
Exposure to family foundations and/or family businesses is a plus. Performance will be based upon business and client growth objectives, and successful partnering with colleagues.
- Responsible for marketing communication materials in partnership with global marketing and product marketing team. Monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Develop network of contacts internally and externally for cultivation of business introductions
- Capture and maintain client information
- Assist in Client Relationship Management e.g. updating the pipeline, logging call reports
- Identify ways to streamline internal processes to make them more efficient
Client engagement; often leading discussions with family members and/or family office staff regarding their needs, problems and requirements, and coordinating the delivery of a range of solutions with product, operational and client service teams across the region.**Qualifications**:

- Specifically, in regards to Family Office Advisory Skillset:

- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant wealth management experience
- Strong knowledge of tax considerations for Ultra High Net Worth with global and cross-border exposures
- License - MAS
- Client interactions experience with suitable language skills - **Mandarin** is a must (Read/Writing Chinese included) with a focus on China clients
- Hands-on experience of 13X/R schemes, from a **legal** or (tax) **accountant** perspective
- Passionate interest in Wealth Management - consistent with Family Office Advisory Needs - Wealth Planner, Philanthropy, Governance, etc.
- Working relationship with Industry Groups / Governmental bodies (i.e. MAS, EBD, WM associations)
