Avp, Team Lead, Domestic Digital Payment Channel Ops, Consumer Banking Group Operations

Lead and mentor a team responsible for the daily operations of EFTPOS transactions and settlements, bill payment refunds, fund transfers, and PayLah support.* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and reduce operational costs.* Manage service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing exceptions or issues.* Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, enhancing the resilience of payment processing systems.
Address and resolve control gaps.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all operational processes and procedures.* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking or a related field with proven experience in domestic payments operations, and a strong understanding of EFTPOS (NETS) systems.* Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in managing a team is highly preferred.* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).* Knowledge of other domestic payment systems.
