Beauty Product Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Product Management function included but not limited to product planning/forecast, phase in/out, product inquiries, product training and product marketing
- Identify trends and best practices, to plan, execute and manage new product launch
- Formulate and execute marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness and engagement
- Drive product sales growth by collaborate closely with HQ, sales team, business units and external parties on all promotion and Marketing activities
- Forecast orders based on sales trends and needs. Formulate plans to exhaust inventories.
- Execute and manage full year marketing programs for assigned products by conceptualise, create and review marketing, conduct product training, product and posting of social media
- Support all activities related to corporate events; include, Annual Convention, Leadership School, Product Seminars and etc
- Provide weekly/monthly sales report to management for progressive analysis

**Requirement**:

- At least Diploma in Business/Marketing and professional Certificates in Makeup Artistry is preferred
- Knowledge in skin composition and personal care industry will be advantage
- 2 years of working experience; preferable in direct selling companies
- Good initiative, hardworking and coachable
- Strong following up skill and
- Great interpersonal skills
- Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness
- Independent and resourceful with good organizational skills
- Must be internet savy
- Off-site training and non-office hour work may be required occasionally
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
