**Main Objective of the Job**:
Responsible for total brand management and E-Commerce Management of assigned brand, new product development, marketing plans, promotional strategies, launch plans and market analysis. Plan, implement and assess promotional activities in accordance with the strategies to achieve sales objective of the product/ E-Commerce / company within agreed budget. Develop and execute E-Commerce strategies with clear KPIs in place.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing the product strategic planning, executing and monitoring all marketing and communications plans, programs and activities in support of the business to develop and strengthen market positioning and enhance profitability for the Company’s products and services in existing and new businesses for Consumer Health.
- Responsible to develop, plan and implement marketing communication strategy using various communications tools and techniques consistent with the brand/product strategies.
- To achieve Menarini and key retailers E-Commerce Target. Monitor and take timely and appropriate actions in navigating the strategies to ensure successful uptake of E-Commerce channel.
- Develop Above the Line (ATL) strategies, PR Campaigns and partnership strategies with Key Accounts Customers.
- Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share.
- Manage A&P budgets for assigned brands effectively.
- Responsible for sales and inventory forecast planning and monitoring.
- Track and analyze competitor’s product strategies and performance of the Company’s portfolio as well as conceptualize and implement product strategies and programs consistent with long-term business objectives.
- Understand, anticipate and shape customer needs and use fact-based research to identify market opportunities.
- Provide coaching and training on product knowledge and brand strategy to sales force to ensure successful brand performance.
- Develop and build KOLs for assigned brands.
- Evaluate and conduct analysis for new product opportunities.
- Lead projects assigned by Consumer Health Manager.
- Conduct product training to internal and external parties when required.

**Position Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree in any other related discipline.
- Experience and exposure to multinational business and working culture.
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in both consumer and medical marketing.
- Experience in TV commercials and/or Above-the-Line Ads will be of significant advantage.
- Working knowledge and/or experience in managing retail pharmacies chains (such as Guardian, Watson’s, etc).
- Successful track record in brand building of healthcare-related brands, consumer health brands or FMCG.
- Project Management skills l will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Independent, energetic, passionate, creative, proactive, performance driven, committed and open to new challenges.
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills.
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile with the ability to work across different cultures.
- Pleasant and mature individual.
