**Job Description**:
- Manage high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Support the CEO in enhancing organizational efficiency and prioritizing key tasks.
- Assist group leaders in navigating challenges and mitigating risks.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and an advisor to department heads.
- Participate in critical leadership meetings, providing insights on performance and issues, then communicate key information to departmental leaders. Collaborate with department heads to ensure action items are completed.
- Define and track operational metrics across departments, reporting these to the leadership team.
- Handle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with department leaders and managing business administration responsibilities.
Assess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavours to completion.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in project management, business administration, or executive support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a other field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage high-priority projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate risks, costs, and benefits of initiatives.
- Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights to the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in navigating uncertainty and mitigating risks in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling day-to-day tasks that require quick decision-making
