PURPOSE
- Independ manage analytics and predictive modelling project from end to end, typically for more complicated or higher technique challenge projects.
- Conduct analytics and modelling to generate deep business insights.
- Use latest advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve modelling accuracy
- Implement enterprise-wide data science and AI strategy, roadmap, process and tools to achieve Data Driven Decision Organization
- Drive the implementation of strategic data science initiatives such as AI lab, Machine Learning, and customer analytics to achieve business growth, better customer experience and productivity improvement.
- Be the Data Science expert, to provide coaching and suggestions to Data Scientist in Group Office and Countries. Lead data science team by strategic design and by sharing best practice
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in driving data scientist and AI model roadmap execution and deliver the sizable impact to business performance
- Independent manage business stakeholders for end-to-end predictive modelling projects which has high complexity and has higher technical challenges.
- Understand business needs, and facilitate with business stakeholders to define and deliver high quality outcomes by using AI and Machine Learning
- Technique lead in designing model methodology
- Conduct data sourcing
- Integrate necessary data
- Conduct data discovery and data transformation
- Build models to find best optimal, identify and develop efficient technical solutions
- Propose actionable business recommendations thorough understanding of other areas across the Group & BUs
- Data scientist’s Model review and optimization
- Best practice sharing, and be the practical solution coach for Group & Country Data Scientists
- Evaluate business impact
- Build meaningful relationships, effectively communicating and influencing GO & local stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, MBA, or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
- ~8 years strong experiences with Customer Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Business Intelligence program development and implementation.
- Familiar SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Spark, pylearn2, SQL and MLOps.
- Actively seeks new AI/ML/data management technology options and approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business leaders to align with strategic goals.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of insurance industry leading data analytics and AI practices.
- Statistics Modelling Skill: linear regression, logistic regression, decision tree, neural network, random forest, k-means, ARMA, association rule
- Tool: Python, Pyspark, SAS, SPSS, R, RapidMiner, Spark, pylearn2, SQL, Azure, AWS and Google
