Job Purpose:
Digital Program Manager leads our initiatives in the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive research and analysis of emerging digital trends and technologies, driving a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs and preferences in all digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include performing digital customer journey mapping, utilizing customer mapping strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer-centric digital initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead strategic projects concerning potential new digital customer engagement initiatives, guiding direction and prioritization
- Conduct research and analysis of emerging digital trends and technologies within the APJ region
- Drive a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs and preferences in digital initiatives
- Perform digital customer journey mapping to identify touchpoints and optimize the overall customer experience
- Utilize customer journeys to tailor digital solutions and communications to specific customer segments
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among key stakeholders within the organization
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to continually enhance digital experiences and offerings
- Plan personalized strategies to improve the relevance and effectiveness of digital interactions with customers
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention across digital channels
- Lead initiatives to capture and leverage customer insights for strategic decision-making and innovation
- Lead the enhancement and differentiation of digital customer journeys, coordinating with multidisciplinary experts across various platforms
- Design and support the delivery of country engagement and rollout of the digital program within the APJ region
- Implement performance management tracking for all activities to ensure alignment with objectives and optimize outcomes
- Help build a customer-centric culture, leveraging the 'Customer First' vision, and promoting corporate values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and excellence throughout the organization
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
- 10-12 years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 5 years in the management of digital initiatives, customer engagement or consulting
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field: Essential for providing a strong foundation in business principles, marketing strategies, and technological concepts crucial for success.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and preferences in digital initiatives, ensuring an enhanced overall customer experience.
- Proven Experience in Leading Digital Initiatives: Demonstrated track record in leading digital initiatives, driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Acumen: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights, with a deep understanding of business metrics and market dynamics
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management: Important for conveying ideas, presenting findings, and building relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and decision-makers
- Collaborative and Cross-Functional Team Player: Requires a collaborative mindset, adeptness at fostering collaboration, building consensus, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of Digital Technologies and Solutions: In-depth understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and solutions, along with staying updated on emerging trends and best practices
- Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of advocating persuasively and securing mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working in multicultural environments
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring timely task completion
- Capable of thriving under pressure, efficiently managing heavy workloads and meeting deadlines
- Committed to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards in all professional endeavors
- Independent worker with a strong sense of accountability, requiring mínimal supervision
