We are currently seeking an **Office Manager/Executive Assistant**, for our APAC headquarters based**in** Singapore.**
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is a key person in our organization, as you will be keeping the office running smoothly. You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office procedures. You will help to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will work with everyone in the organization, have a variety of different tasks to do (so never a dull moment) and you are flexible in taking up additional duties as part of your personal development and becoming the best you.

**How you will make a difference**:
This role is truly diverse. You will be executive assistant supporting the regional VP/GM priorities, managing travel arrangements, organizing company events and managing office-related projects, ensuring a conducive environment for you and for us - in more details as follows:
**Executive Assistant**
- Support VP/GM in calendar management, travel and visa arrangements, administrative proactively
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and hotel bookings for directors, and when necessary, members of their team.
- Arrange hotel accommodation and logistics for travelers and visitors as needed.
- Provide ad hoc support to directors as required.
**Facility and Logistics Management**
- Act as the main point of contact for facility management matters.
- Manage office access and season car parking allocations for employees.
- Source and purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with company policies (e.g., IT equipment, stationery) as well as freight forwarders airway bill suppliers.
- Oversee third-party services, including cleaners and plant suppliers, ensuring service quality.
**Company Event and New Hires Management**
- Support pre-onboarding of new hires and ensure day-one readiness, assist in new hire onboarding program.
- Coordinate corporate credit card registration/termination with Finance.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders for equipment purchase and setup.
- Submit one-time payment or reimbursement for benefits and ad-hoc payments, as needed.
- Daily processing of incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Manage and organize routine or planned company events such as annual dinner, corporate social responsibilities event, lunch and learn sessions, festive and birthday celebrations, or ad-hoc events.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant or equivalent service-providing job
- Passion for working with people and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Driven, self-motivated, and resourceful with a proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Form).
- Multi-tasking capability as well as a proactive approach.
- Ability to respond well to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines within a fast-moving environment.
