**Position Title**:Senior Store Development and Planning Executive
**Reports to**:Managing Director, Timepieces
**Objective of role**:
Responsible for the design and opening of new stores/concept; including pop up stores, providing design support for completion and execution of design projects, working on all project design stages.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform interior design assignments that include interpreting client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, customer journey mapping and construction documentation
- Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures, finish palettes, and lighting
- Generate floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
- Design and detail retail fixtures
- Collaborate with principals, landlords and retail team and partners; contractors and regulatory agencies to create holistic design solutions and to achieve project objectives
- Produce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings for presentations
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, details and specifications
- Prepare, evaluate and present the budget for design and blueprint planning, sourcing and construction of store set up and displays.
- Supervise construction activities, to ensure project progress with approved budget and timeline.
- Ensure retail stores and office interior and environment are well maintained at all times:
- Arrange installation of security system such as surveillance security system, central monitoring system, intelligence traffic counter.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Design or other related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of advance experience in store planning and design, using 2D and 3D modelling software, and construction activities, within the retail industry.
- Vendor and project management.
- Advance experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD & Abode Photoshop
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Outlook
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
