Job Title: Store Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Store Development Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges.

This position involves learning and developing new skills through on-the-job training and experience. You will be expected to demonstrate increased proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibility and learn operational procedures for stores.

In this capacity, you may also be asked to assume complete responsibility for the store or products during the absence of the sales representative. Additionally, you will be expected to serve as a role model for customer service and set the standard for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • To gain experience and learn new skills through on-the-job training
  • To demonstrate increased proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibility
  • To learn operational procedures for stores
Requirements:
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
