Job Description for Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and develop sales plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute category plans to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and grow customer base in Horeca, B2B, retail and e-commerce channels.
- Achieve a high level of market penetration through wide coverage of sales activities.
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on all issues.
- Analyse and negotiate customer requirements and develop product promotions to drive sales.
- Accountable for sales performance, profitability and collection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Good track record in building and managing food distribution business in Singapore.
- We are seeking an individual who will uphold integrity as an important value, self-driven and highly committed to the role.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels.
- Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal and follow-through skills with a high level of initiative
