- DescriptionCSRWorks International is looking for a passionate and dynamic Programme Executive to support our international sustainability thought leadership projects, including awards, conferences, and webinars.
- Responsibilities- Promote CSRWorks thought leadership programmes that include sustainability awards, events, webinars and conferences
- Be the primary point of contact for incoming enquiries to provide programme information and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Handle complete administration of awards and events entries, nominations, registrations and payments
- Liaise with awards judges, event speakers, partners, sponsors and vendors
- Undertake market research and build the database to grow thought leadership programmes
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners for the successful execution of programmes
- Manage programme logistics, including virtual/physical events, registrations, and sourcing and working with vendors and service providers
- Develop ideas for new programmes or expanding existing projects internationally
- Requirements- A university degree or above in Sustainability, Event management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B events management
- Excellent professional-level spoken & written English communication with command of business language
- A good understanding of sustainability, ESG and sustainable development trends and topics is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills and highly organised
- Attention to details while multitasking with excellent time management
- Highly energetic, confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform independently in an international, multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment
- High proficiency in using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
