Service Management Associate

Salary Range : $3,000-$4,000

**Job Description**:
1. Coordinate, collate and automate the relevant service reporting, key performance indicators,

measurements, and action items.

2. Coordinate incidents, problems, and service request management.

3. Implement problem management process (in consideration of automation) with contract teams,

including preparing for and conducting post incident review meetings

4. Drive first draft of client facing and internal reports to final approval.

5. Collate and prepare all the reports for the weekly, progress report meetings, minute and follow-up on the

action items discussed in the meeting.

6. Explore tools that can collate all service assets information on the cloud and ensure continued support,

warranty and maintenance managed as part of the ongoing operations lifecycle management.

7. Prepare monthly service report based on the agreed format.

8. ITIL V3/4 certification
