Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Working Hours**: 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm (OT when required)

**Working Days**: 6days work week

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily preparation and production of breads.
- Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to achieve optimal texture, flavor, and rise
- Kneading, cutting and shaping of the doughs.
- Washing and cleaning of utensils/ equipment (e.g., ovens).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the bread baking area.
- Collaborate with other bakers/ kitchen staffs to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Baker-In-Charge/ Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 1-2 years of baking experience in bakery profession.
- Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to produce the baked items consistently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work during weekends, public holidays and overtime hours when required.
