**About the Role**:
As a UI/UX Designer at Amber Creative, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our product development team to translate user needs and business objectives into engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
