We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Associate to join us in Singapore. You will be helping us in the expansion of our clientele base for our product TrillionSale, and drive revenue growth. Please note: This is a hybrid role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive client base expansion through proactive outreach, pitching, relationship-building, and arranging meetings.
- Collaborate with the team to discover new business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Maintain precise client interaction records and manage follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to prioritize potential clients and industries for targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any experience with outreach/ outbound campaigns is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
