**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Director of Community Relations (CR), the Community Relations Manager is a hands-on, motivated contributor to the realization of Lam’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and supporting initiatives. The Community Relations Manager Asia is responsible for implementing and scaling our global social impact programs in Asia focusing on community foundation grants, employee charitable participation initiatives, volunteerism, supporting community relations activities, and supporting other ESG objectives in demonstration of Lam’s commitment to act with purpose for a better world.

The Community Relations Manager Asia facilitates meaningful foundation giving and employee charitable and volunteerism engagement in our Asia communities, leveraging our new social impact focus areas and giving guidelines, current matching gift and volunteerism programs and implementing innovative strategies to scale participation. This contributor manages grant administration for foundation giving programs in Asia, and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and community partners in program implementation.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Manage Asia region grantmaking, liaising with cross-functional regional team members to manage existing nonprofit partner relationships and identifying potential new partners in alignment with our social impact program and focus areas
- Maintenance of impact data collection for key grant program initiatives
- Manage Singapore Community Relations events, coordinating with community partners and volunteer participants
- Liaise with Volunteer and Employee Giving Manager to implement key, global volunteerism and giving campaigns aligned with our social impact program strategy
- Support regional employee team volunteerism, providing guidance and resources for organizers
- Develop and implement process for collecting volunteerism event information, participation results, stories for social media, photos, etc. for Asia Community Relations activities
- Liaise with Volunteer and Employee Giving Manager to track Asia employee engagement and volunteerism participation data
- Report content through accurate data tracking and management
- Collaborate with Volunteer and Employee Giving Manager to cultivate, recruit for and coordinate Asia network of employee “Ambassador” teams to help support volunteerism
- Support Community Relations communications strategy, planning and content development, plan execution, and ensuring alignment with our social impact program strategy and Lam brand including development of PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing communications Asia team to ensure all community relations activities support and elevate the overall Lam brand
- Represent Lam as directed at partner convenings, community meetings and other internal and external opportunities
- International travel - up to 50%

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of professional, relevant experience in corporate grantmaking, employee giving and volunteerism programs
- Previous experience with corporate philanthropy
- Demonstrated experience in a large, matrixed global organization
- Experience with Benevity and CyberGrants, or other grant management platforms
- Efficiently and successfully manages multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Works flexibly in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, and exudes positivity and patience in interactions with diverse audiences
- Excellent organization and record-keeping skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate group activities
- Excels at accurate data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Understands nuances of working with domestic and international teams
- Ability to address decision-making and challenges with sound judgment and tactical solutions
- Strong content development and writing/editing skills - sources and organizes relevant content; writes creatively, effectively, and succinctly to inspire action
- Experience with planning and coordinating communications campaigns
- Experience in working within a matrixed reporting structure a plus
