Job Title**:Impact and ESG Intern
Duration**:3-6 Month Internship

ABC Impact is an Asia-focused private equity fund dedicated to impact investing. Based in Singapore, we provide growth equity to purposeful companies that are developing products and services to address the most pressing environmental and societal challenges in Asia. By investing with both financial and impact lenses, we aim to deliver compelling financial returns alongside positive impact outcomes to our stakeholders. We are Asia impact investing experts with deep experience, supported by Temasek Trust and other leading institutions.

**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop robust internal knowledge and thought leadership with respect to relevant international developments in sustainable finance, including taxonomies, methodologies and standards for ESG and impact assessments and reporting
- Support the internal implementation of relevant taxonomies or impact frameworks, including the set-up of relevant measurement and reporting processes
- Analyze current ESG and climate-related practices and data across the portfolio and assist in creating roadmap to address high-priority ESG and climate impact & risk management opportunities
- Provide insights to inform enhancement to ABC Impact’s climate risk assessment toolkit.
- Abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities within the ESG reporting space, as well as conducting in-depth research and analysis to support all requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent academic qualifications in business administration, finance, accounting or related fields with a passion for sustainability, ESG and impact
- Familiarity with relevant sustainable finance taxonomies, frameworks and standards and, ideally, prior experience in implementing ESG and/or impact methodologies and measurement is highly desirable and preferred
- Ability to produce high quality outputs in a timely manner leveraging on strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Outstanding communicator with excellent presentation and strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion for sustainable development and making a positive impact.
