Ashtead Technology are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore

You’ll support high-impact projects across new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance and be at the heart of project success, providing essential support with documentation, logistics, and personnel planning from start to finish.

**Day to day you’ll be involved in**:

- Providing project support from initial tender to project close out.
- Working closely with Operations Manager to coordinate CAPEX builds of new equipment
- Coordinating offshore personnel logistics and equipment movements
- Maintaining stock levels and managing spare parts
- Assisting with month end billing activities
- Attending and providing input to design reviews
- Participating and coordinating test programs and factory acceptance testing
- Providing Technical support to customers where required
- Assisting Ashtead regional hubs with project support with both equipment and personnel resources

This is the perfect opportunity for a Technician to move into an office based role, but still stay close to the tools.

What else will ensure success in this role?
- You have previous experience as a Technician, undertaking the repair, maintenance and testing of mechanical/hydraulic equipment.
- Proven experience in a similar industry or subsea environment
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline
