Equipment Associate Engineer to perform 12-hrs rotating shift to carry out Preventive Maintenance & assist Equipment Engineer to upkeep the Test Equipment.

**Your Job**
- Assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals
- Perform shift duties (12-hour or swing shift) to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) and calibration on a timely basis
- Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
- Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
- Participate in Continuous Programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
- Ensure proper stock level of spares and consumables to achieve high equipment uptime
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

**Other **Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications**
- 3 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry preferred
- Fresh Diploma holder may apply
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- Team Player

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics
