The Equipment Associate Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform equipment line sustaining function (corrective maintenance), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and calibration
- Sustain and improve overall equipment performance
- Updating consumable/spare parts to ensure no delay in machine recovery
- Assist engineers in setting up new machine and buy-off
- Participate and contribute in continuous improvement activities for machine up time, productivity, maintenance cost, quality and yield
- Support conversion and other engineering activities such as NPI and evaluation runs
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in cleanroom
- Communicate with supervisor, shift colleagues and vendors to resolve problems
- Timely update and ensure data integrity of pass down report, PM checklist and other similar reports, checklists and documents
- Comply to safety standards and procedures during shift duty or working in the production line Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry (packaging assembly)
- Knowledge in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), total productive maintenance (TPM) or similar system of approach in maintenance system
- Machine troubleshooting skills and ability to read and interpret diagrams for electrical or electronics, pneumatics, mechanical assembly and parts drawing
- Experience in mechanical and electrical/electronic tools, and measuring tools or instruments use in the repair and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment
- Hands on experience in equipment maintenance and operation for any of below area, multiple vacancies are available.
