Equipment Associate Engineer to perform 12-hrs rotating shift to carry out Preventive Maintenance & assist Equipment Engineer to upkeep the Test Equipment.

Your Job

Assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

Perform shift duties (12-hour or swing shift) to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) and calibration on a timely basis

Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment

Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime

Assist in implementing process improvement projects

Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy

Participate in Continuous Programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives

Ensure proper stock level of spares and consumables to achieve high equipment uptime

Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

Other

**Responsibilities**:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

3 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry preferred

Fresh Diploma holder may apply

Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift

Team Player

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics
