The Opportunity

QMS

Job Responsibilities:

- Primary management of Agile/Oracle Cloud Document Control processes, New Product/ Document releases and updates.
- Create Documents, items, bills of materials, ECOs, MCO, etc
- Ensure all change orders are documented correctly before processing for approval and release to internal and external partners
- Drive EOL Process with cross functional teams. Review and route EOL notices for approval and release to internal and external partners.
- Drive resolution of Agile/Oracle errors with Users and work with IT as required
- Administer and ensure all product/process related documentation meet operational needs and conforms to QMS document requirements.
- Support the development of effective streamlined methodologies for workflow routings, document distribution, and implementing specific requirements
- Support cross functional project initiatives such as: system and process integrations, data migration, automation, enhancements, manufacturing BOM, documentation, change management processes and process improvement
- Support Agile/Oracle Cloud/Oracle ERP testing during development and implementation of new functionalities or processes
- Responsible for developing training documents and conducting training sessions including one-on-one coaching as needed across Marvell on document control tools, processes, and best practices
- Prepare and publish ECO, BOM status, cycle time reports
- Support development of document control metrics dashboard
- Support management of Agile/Oracle Cloud user accounts privileges, and roles

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science degree from a leading university in quality, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in a quality system process management, ISO9001 compliance, document control, Agile /Oracle/Oracle Cloud Product Life Cycle (PLM) tools
- In-depth technical knowledge of Agile/Oracle/Oracle Cloud
- CAPA and problem-solving techniques, i.e. 5 WHYs, Fishbone diagram, etc
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, i.e. Kaizen, 5S, Lessons Learned
- Background in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test (IC and Board).
- Demonstrated experience as change control analyst, end of life process, corrective and preventive action, waiver/deviation and other quality management related processes
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
