**Account Executive**

Account Executives are responsible for selling Arena in a territory that includes a specific Industry and size of company. An AE will leverage strategic and enterprise sales skills to reach executive-level decision makers and build strong relationships with potential customers. These new business sales as well as follow-on add-ons and upsells will contribute to an assigned annual quota.
**Responsibilities**:
- Rapidly learn the manufacturing industry, PLMS solutions, and the benefits of the SaaS model.
- Rapidly learn the necessary technical portion of Arena solutions that benefit a target company and is the most impactful as well as articulate the business value to all levels of various roles in the organization - from end user to executive.
- Successfully collaborate with the appropriate internal and external resources needed in order to executive sales cycles.
- Manage the new business sales cycle from initial call through to contract negotiation and execution as well as the renewal of any assigned Arena customer.
- Meet quarterly sales quotas.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-starter, results driven, motivated, creative and resourceful
- Consistent, successful Enterprise Application Sales Experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills to ensure professional communication to internal and external contacts
- Able to learn technical product information and articulate the value of the solutions for a customer and the positive business impact to them.
- Able to work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver results on customer's behalf
