RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent and personalised customer service
- Responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the outlet
- Able to attend and resolve customer enquiries
- Guide customer on tray return/consume meal with crockery on the tray
- Sanitization of tables after customers leave
- Coach/ buddy new staffOther initiatives from time to time to improve customer experience

Working location: North Shore Plaza (opening in mid April 22)
