Role
The Team Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Team Assistant will be the liaison between the office and our facilities partners. The primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring high levels of excellence in the daily operations. Scope includes facilities management and upkeep, inventory control, administrative, including HR operations support and travel support in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:
We are searching for a personable, motivated individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a spirit of excellence. You will be an integral part of the support team with frequent interactions with both senior management and House members.
**Key responsibilities**:
Diary management and travel coordination
Office facilities management and upkeep
Petty cash management and invoice processing
Event planning and coordination
Managing stock control and inventory checks
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring
Creating and monitoring office projects and improvement initiatives
Maintenance of administrative documents
Provide leave cover for Operations Assistant / Barista
Support the day to day HR operations
Assist People Operations team in pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects, as needed
All other assigned tasks as and when required
**Requirements**:
Prior experience with professional or service industry will be a plus
Strong office management skills
Work effectively with modest support and guidance

Administrative Details
