Responsibilities:
1. Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with Standards/ Employer’s Requirement and the like.

2. Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their project and evaluate weekly reports.

3. Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control, including identifying potential project schedule delays

4. Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports (project progress Weekly and Monthly reports)

5. Monitor projects' progress (e.q review Contractor's submission of Construction Programme on project's progress), including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.

6. Prepare, implement and monitor scopes of work

7. Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.

8. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.

9. Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the Project Manager to ensure resolution.

10.Perform other work duties as required by the project (Assist PM to draft minutes of meeting, Evaluate Contractor's submission of EOT Claim).

Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Engineering or certificate of higher education

2. With at least 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling for major infrastructure projects or related industries

3. Proficient user of industry standard high-end project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6 and experience

4. Able to work independently and as part of a team

5. Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Discipline, self-motivated and resourceful

8. Experience in Contract administration will be advantageous

9. Willing to accept Project-base status

10. Willing to travel oversea where required
