**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Content Strategist in our marketing team will be instrumental in creating and implementing content and digital marketing strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion for our B2B eCommerce clientele. This role requires a unique blend of content mastery, digital marketing prowess, and a keen focus on driving effective customer engagement and conversion through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create high-impact content like whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and digital media, tailored to the eCommerce market.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance content distribution and engagement, particularly in the context of ABM.
- Conduct comprehensive research to stay abreast of eCommerce trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise cohesive digital content strategies for key accounts.
- Manage content and digital campaign analytics, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Engage in SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure maximum visibility and impact of content in the eCommerce space.
- Oversee social media strategy as it relates to content marketing, ensuring alignment with digital marketing objectives.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving lead conversion, particularly in the B2B eCommerce sector.
- Strong expertise in creating and implementing conversion-centric content and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools to track and improve conversion rates.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content that drives action.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for lead conversion.
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize conversion outcomes.
- Creativity and innovation in developing targeted content and digital marketing solutions aimed at lead conversion in the eCommerce market.

**PERFORMANCE METRICS**
- The effectiveness of content and digital marketing strategies in driving lead conversion will be a key measure of success, evaluated through metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and overall ROI of marketing campaigns.
