**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up promptly with pending/outstanding cases.
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Preparation of documents and reports.
- Performing administrative duties and any other duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Good team player who is able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge on medical insurance will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task; a self-starter to learn new things/ skills.
- Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry will be advantageous.

**Work week**
- 5.5 work day week. Monday to Friday. Saturday half day.
