A Research Associate position is available in the Centre for Integrated Circuits and Systems, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
- Work on a project to conduct the research on design and development of a radiation-hardened system
- Design and development of radiation-hardened LDO, voltage reference, and ADC
- Design and development of radiation-hardened current sensor
- Design test board for radiation-hardened circuits and sensors
- Work with a research team on FPGA verifications

**Job Requirements**:

- Master in Electronic Engineering
- 3 years or above experience in the area of analog IC design
- Working experience from design to tape-out are essential
- Sufficient experience in radiation-hardened design and methodology
- Experience in using EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, etc
