We are seeking a passionate Services Architect to lead the solutions design for NTT’s global clients and be a critical catalyst in making the world a more secure, safe and digitally better place.

**Working at NTT**

In this role, you will:

- Work with the most advanced technologies, innovative game-changing solutions and teams throughout the world to craft and build complex managed services solutions for NTT’s clients.
- Test and validate new design features and delivery models in collaboration with technical, service and costing stakeholders.
- Map the client's requirements against the proposed set of service elements and architectures and lead the end-to-end solution development (Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA, ITSM leading practices).
- Be responsible for service design deliverables, interfacing with the offer development, R&D and delivery teams and partners to ensure supportability.
- Work closely with the sales teams in presenting an architecture solution to clients, with a focus on cost savings and uncovering client growth opportunities.
- Spearhead collaborative solutions partnerships and capabilities that differentiate both NTT and the end client in the market.
- Discover and analyze clients’ business drivers, client personas, current architecture, platforms and operating models.
- Be a steward of NTT within the industry and society at large, and participate in various company-funded ESG initiatives and events.

- Are experienced in solution planning and deal shaping, with expertise in creating compelling value propositions.
- Are skilled in translating complex problems into business solutions and clearly articulating those solutions to a broad range of clients, partners and other stakeholders.
- Are analytical, structured and methodical in solving complex problems.
