**About the Job**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
**What you’ll do**
- Maintain accurate HR database and upkeep of employees’ record and personnel files.
- Assist in recruitment
- Contract administration (preparation of offer letter, employment contracts, confirmation letters etc.)
- Handles all administrative side of on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Manage employees’ leave and claim records via the HR system.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employee and liaising with other departments.
- Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in any other tasks as assigned.
**What you’ll bring**
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
